Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

At Zartash Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, we value your trust and satisfaction. This policy sets out the terms for cancellations, refunds and returns for our services, including web and software development, hosting, domain management, digital marketing and design.

By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

All our services are digital, customised and project-based. Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed except in the specific circumstances described below.

Each service order is a professional engagement that begins after you approve the scope, quotation and payment terms.

You may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment, before the project has started. A 100% refund will be issued, minus any payment gateway charges.

Once the project has started or resources have been allocated:

• A partial refund may be granted at our discretion, based on the work completed.
• Projects cancelled after major milestones (for example design approval, development or deployment) are non-refundable.

• Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once processed, because they are provisioned through external registrars.
• Hosting and reseller accounts may be cancelled at any time, but no refund is issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
• Unpaid renewals result in suspension or termination of the service.

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment caused by a system error.
• A technical error on our side that prevents the project from starting.
• Non-delivery of a service due to our fault, verified by our management team.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days using the same payment method you used.

Refunds do not apply to:

• Completed projects or delivered digital assets.
• Third-party fees (domains, plugins, licences, advertising credits and similar).
• Delays caused by incomplete client input, pending approvals or dependence on external systems.
• Marketing services such as SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing or content creation once campaigns have launched.

Zartash Technologies may suspend or terminate any service without refund if:

• Payments are not made on time.
• The client engages in abusive, illegal or unethical behaviour.
• Hosting or domain use breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or causes reputational or technical harm.

We encourage open communication and welcome minor revisions within the agreed scope. However:

• Major changes or scope expansions after approval are treated as new work and billed separately.
• Refunds are not issued for a change of mind once the project is underway.

Email info@zartash.com with the subject "Refund or cancellation request" and include:

• Your full name, invoice number, the service and the reason for your request.
• Any supporting documents or screenshots.

Our team will review your request and reply within 3 to 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask for a management-level review by writing to info@zartash.com. We aim to resolve every matter amicably through communication before any escalation.

We may update this policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
