This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the services provided by Zartash Technologies (Pvt) Ltd ("Zartash Technologies", "we", "our" or "us"), including hosting, domains, email, website and software development, digital marketing and all related services.

Trying to gain unauthorised access to any server, account or network.
Denial-of-service (DoS or DDoS) attacks or other hacking attempts.
Uploading malicious code, viruses or scripts designed to damage or disrupt systems.
2.4 Offensive or harmful content
Pornography or adult content, hate speech, or content that incites violence.
Promoting discrimination based on religion, gender, race or nationality.
Any content that could harm minors in any way.
2.5 Resource abuse
Using CPU, memory, bandwidth or disk space beyond fair usage limits.
Running resource-heavy scripts, bots or background processes on shared hosting.
Using shared servers for cryptocurrency mining, proxy hosting or file sharing.
3. Hosting and Domain Use
All hosted websites must follow this policy and the applicable ICANN rules.
Domains and hosting accounts that break any rule may be suspended without refund.
Clients are responsible for managing and renewing their domains and keeping their WHOIS details accurate.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
You must not store or transmit personal data without complying with applicable data protection laws, such as GDPR or local privacy law.
We maintain security measures to protect customer data, but we are not liable for data loss caused by client-side negligence or third-party compromise.
5. Network and System Security
You must not:
Interfere with the normal operation of our servers or networks.
Use scripts or automation tools that degrade system performance.
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any Zartash Technologies system or network without written permission.
6. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content hosted under your account. We do not monitor customer content, but we may:
Remove or disable access to any content that breaches this policy.
Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Cooperate with law enforcement when required.
7. Enforcement and Consequences
A breach of this policy may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
A permanent ban from future services.
Reporting to legal or regulatory authorities where necessary.
We may investigate any suspected breach of this policy.
8. Fair Usage
We apply fair usage limits so every customer gets reliable performance. If your usage goes beyond reasonable limits, we may ask you to upgrade your plan or restrict usage to keep systems stable.
9. Reporting Violations
To report a breach of this policy, email info@zartash.com with the subject "Abuse report" and include full details: the IP address, the domain and any evidence.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised policy.
