Welcome to Zartash Technologies (Private) Limited (“Zartash Technologies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website https://www.zartash.com or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of our website and all products and services provided by Zartash Technologies, including web development, domain management, hosting, marketing, app development, and design services.
By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Zartash Technologies provides a variety of IT and digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • E-commerce Solutions
  • Domain Registration & Management
  • Shared and Reseller Hosting
  • SEO, SMO, and PPC Marketing
  • Content Writing & Branding
  • Mobile App Development
  • Logo and Print Design

The scope, timeline, and cost of each service are defined in the proposal or quotation agreed between the client and Zartash Technologies.

3. Project Terms

  • Work begins only after written confirmation, advance payment, and approval of project requirements.
  • All timelines mentioned are estimates and may vary due to revisions, third-party delays, or unforeseen technical challenges.
  • Clients are responsible for providing required materials (content, images, credentials, etc.) promptly to avoid delays.
  • Once design or development milestones are approved, changes may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in the invoice or quotation.
  • Unless stated otherwise, all invoices must be paid in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD).
  • Any third-party costs (such as domain renewals, plugins, ads, or API integrations) are the client’s responsibility.
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.

5. Hosting and Domain Services

  • Hosting and domain services are billed on an annual or monthly basis.
  • If payment is not received before the renewal date, the account may be suspended or terminated.
  • We are not responsible for data loss or downtime caused by expired renewals, misuse, or third-party interference.
  • Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Please refer to our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy for detailed terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
In general, service-based fees (for web development, SEO, content writing, etc.) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, code, and design created by Zartash Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership rights (except licensed software or templates) are transferred to the client.
  • Clients must not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our proprietary materials or code without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all business information, client data, and project details.
Zartash Technologies will not share, sell, or disclose your data to any third party except as required to deliver services or comply with law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Zartash Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use our services.
  • We do not guarantee that our website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
  • Clients are responsible for the content uploaded to their websites or hosted servers.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., hosting data centers, payment gateways, APIs).
Zartash Technologies is not responsible for interruptions, downtime, or issues caused by such providers.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or service:

  • For non-payment or policy violations,
  • For activities that may harm our reputation or systems,
  • Or for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed under the laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
