At Zartash Technologies (Private) Limited, we value your trust and satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and returns applicable to our services, including web development, hosting, domain management, marketing, and design services.
By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services on https://www.zartash.com, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
All our services are digital, customized, and project-based, which means once work has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed except in specific circumstances described below.
Each service order is considered a professional engagement initiated after your approval of scope, quotation, and payment terms.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Before Project Start
If you wish to cancel your order before project initiation, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.
- A 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any) will be issued.
2.2. After Project Start
Once the project has started or resources have been allocated:
- A partial refund may be granted at our discretion, based on work completed.
- Projects cancelled after major milestones (e.g., design approval, development, or deployment) are non-refundable.
2.3. Hosting, Domain, and Reseller Services
- Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed, as they are provisioned through external registrars.
- Hosting and reseller accounts may be cancelled anytime, but no refunds are issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
- Unpaid renewals result in service suspension or termination.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment due to a system error.
- Technical error on our part preventing project initiation.
- Non-delivery of service due to our fault (verified by our management team).
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the same payment method used.
3.2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Completed projects or delivered digital assets.
- Third-party service fees (domains, plugins, licenses, ad credits, etc.).
- Delays caused by incomplete client input, approvals, or technical dependency on external systems.
- Marketing services such as SEO, PPC, SMO, or content creation once campaigns are launched.
4. Service Suspension and Termination
Zartash Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service without refund if:
- The client fails to make timely payments.
- The client engages in abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior.
- Hosting or domain usage violates our Acceptable Use Policy or causes reputational or technical harm.
5. Revision and Change Requests
We encourage open communication and minor revisions within the project scope.
However:
- Major changes or scope expansions after approval will be treated as new tasks and billed separately.
- Refunds are not issued due to change of mind after the project is underway.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at billing@zartash.com with:
- Your full name, invoice number, service name, and reason for the request.
- Supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable).
Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request management-level review by writing to info@zartash.com.
We aim to resolve all matters amicably through communication before escalation.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may modify or update this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy at any time.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
